About Crafty Granny and Crafty Granny Project

Crafty Granny is a for-profit retail store that serves as an authorized collection center for Crafty Granny Project, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 33-3076851). When you make a donation through Crafty Granny, your contribution is collected on behalf of Crafty Granny Project.

How Your Donations Are Used

Crafty Granny passes 95% of all donations received directly to Crafty Granny Project to support its nonprofit mission. The remaining 5% is retained by Crafty Granny to cover administrative and processing costs associated with donation collection.

Tax Deductibility

Because Crafty Granny is a for-profit retail business, purchases made in our store are not tax-deductible. However, monetary donations made directly to Crafty Granny Project through our store may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law, as Crafty Granny Project is a recognized 501(c)(3) organization. We recommend consulting a tax professional for advice specific to your situation.

Upon request, donors may receive a written acknowledgment of their donation for tax purposes.

Donation Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 30 days at sales@craftygranny.art or call us at 702-551-7704, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
